When you submit a trial booking request, contact enquiry, or summer camp registration, we collect personal information including parent/guardian full name, contact phone number (WhatsApp), email address, player name, age group, and preferred training venue.

We use this information exclusively to:

  • Schedule and confirm free trial sessions and academy training rosters.
  • Communicate venue schedule changes, holiday closures, or camp details.
  • Ensure player safety and age-appropriate squad assignments.

3. Parental & Guardian Rights

All trial bookings for minor players (under 18) must be submitted with consent from a parent or legal guardian. Parents reserve the right to request deletion of their family's contact details at any time by emailing cffa2010@gmail.com.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Retention

We do not sell or monetize personal data to third-party advertising networks. Form submissions are dispatched via secure transactional email providers (Resend) and retained only for administrative academy record-keeping.
